 The UNGUATOR© 2000 has taken the time tested methods of traditional mixing techniques
and combined them with the very latest in technology to create a new dimension in compounding. Our latest model
employs four separate on-board microprocessors which enable the system to be operated via serial port from a
windows-based platform, as well as, manually. By allowing the operator to work directly from the computer,
all patient, client, drug/active ingredient information, and mixing formulas can be stored for quick access and
retrieval. All general mixing parameters are pre-set in the system, which lets the operator concentrate more on
raw materials and less on recipe specifics, leaving the electro mortar & pestle to continually adjust the mixing
settings. Whether making creams, gels, ointments, powders, suspensions, emulsions, or other formulations, the
UNGUATOR© 2000 fully automates and documents the once cumbersome blending process.
With the introduction of the newest model, laboratories and pharmacies are now capable of handling everything from the
most intricate reaction mixing at very slow speeds to bulk manufacturing. With a speed range starting as slow as 120 rpm
and continuing up to 2500 rpm, this model is not limited by low viscosities or other raw material properties. Fully
compatible with all current Unguator products, the newest system quickly transforms any pharmacy into a fully capable

"Easy, elegant, and electronic" best describe the operation of our most popular electro mortar & pestle.
The e model features a second 120V/230V motor to automatically control precise jar oscillation for total product homogeneity.
Additionally, the mid range Unguator machine is operated by digital LED display where the operator can pre-program specific
mixing parameters (Time and Speed) and allow the system to run "hands free." Upon completion of the blending cycle, the e
model automatically implements a "Free-spin" function to clear excess material from mixing blade.The UNGUATOR© e model
has proven to be highly effective in most laboratory, pharmacy, and hospital environments and has quickly become the standard
for electric mortar and pestles. With an increased speed range of 600 - 2000 rpm, this model can handle a full array of pharmacy
or testing applications. Likewise, the increased total jar volume of 15 - 500 ml allows the e model to easily be utilized for
some manufacturing duties. Features two-year manufacturer's warranty and (5) five sets of spare motor carbons. Use of the
UNGUATOR© e model is recommended by the German Pharmaceutical Advisory Board and is now accepted in place of the ointment
