Q. I already have an account with Net X Days but I only see the option to pay with a credit card. 

Due to the changes to our website, many customers have been defaulted to credit card payment. If you already have an approved Net X Days payment term with us, please contact us so that we can make the changes to your account.

 

Q. I can't find the SDS for my product.

Please use the Document section to request for the SDS you are looking for. We are working hard to update our products with SDS so that it is available right from the product page. Thank you for your patience.

 

Q. I can't find the COA for my product.

Please use the Document section to request for the COA. We will return your request within 1 business day. If it is an urgent matter, please call us at 1-800-663-1002 and we will be happy to help.

 

Q. I am a Pharmacist but I don't have access to APIs.

Please contact us at sales@xenexlabs.com or 1-800-663-1002 with your account email address and phone number. Your account privileges will be changed once your status has been verified.
