Shipping Policy

Our shipping terms, options, and fees are determined based on the invoice value of the products purchased. Additional factors such as package weight, dimensions, and the type of products ordered may also apply.

Shipping
  • FREE for orders over $300
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM processed same day
  • Delivery in 1 business day*

Ground

Shipping
  • FREE for orders over $100
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM processed same day
  • Delivery within 1 to 5 business days*
  • Terms do not include international shipments (outside Canada).
  • Regular ground shipping fees start at $20 for orders below $100.
  • A $30 fee applies to Dangerous Goods.
  • Orders are processed during business days only (Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM PST)

Shipping to Remote Areas

Orders shipped to remote areas, including the Eastern Provinces of Canada and the Maritime regions, will incur additional shipping fees. Please contact customer support for a shipping fee estimate before placing your order.
