Step 1
Log-in. Click the Xenex Connect pop-up button on the lower left corner of the webpage.

Click on the refer tab. Send your unique link to your colleague.
Step 3
Sit back. Let your referral make their first web purchase and allow up to 4 business days for the referral point to appear on your account!

Terms

  1. Who can join?
    Anyone with an account is automatically eligible.
  2. How do I earn points?
    You can earn referral credits by having colleagues use your referral link when they place their first order with Xenex Labs.
  3. As a referrer, you will not receive referral credits for referring customers who have existing Xenex Labs accounts. One pharmacy is designated with one account with one account number, they are free to associate multiple email addresses with that account. All email addresses from this pharmacy are considered as one account.
  4. A referral / new customer will not be able to use the discount code on checkout if they opt in for Net30 terms. Their first order must be paid with credit card to avail of the 50% OFF discount.
  5. How do I view my point balance?
    Your point balance is on the top left section of the Xenex Connect Pop-up.
  6. I redeemed my gift. What's next?
    We'll send you a confirmation email and the tracking number within 1 business day.
  7. How do I redeem my points?
    Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you'll see all the exciting rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. We'll process your redemption as we do orders. Gifts redeemed before 2pm PST will be processed the same day. We'll send you a confirmation email once the order is processed.
  8. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
    No. The more colleagues you share the word to, the more points you get! Points do not expire.
  9. What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
    Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them and this process can take up to 4 business days.
    Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
    What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
  10. Why did my account balance go down?
    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Your referral has an existing account with Xenex Labs.
