Overview

Keratolytic agent supplied as the free acid (CAS 69-72-7; C7H6O3; MW 138.12). It appears as a white crystalline powder or fine needles, is freely soluble in ethanol, soluble in propylene glycol, and slightly soluble in water, and requires storage in well-closed, light-resistant containers.
