Petrolatum Jelly USP (Snow White)

Overview

Oleaginous ointment base and emollient supplied as a purified mixture of semisolid hydrocarbons (CAS 8009-03-8). It is a white, translucent, unctuous semisolid that is practically insoluble in water, ethanol, and glycerin, soluble in fixed oils, and stable when stored in well-closed containers protected from excessive heat.
